Returns and refunds
The items presented for sale on this site represent personal hygiene products and are being sold in order to provide greater protection to customers under the current pandemic. As such returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated below. Please consider your purchase carefully prior to completing it, if you are unsure about whether you will use any item you are wanting to order, please do not place the order.
Returns will only be accepted in the unlikely event if a faulty or incorrect item has been received. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact support.
Customers are required to notify support within 24 hours of receipt of the order if the order contains faulty or incorrect items for a replacement or refund. All requests will be acknowledged as quickly as possible, usually within one business day.
Any items returned due to incorrect purchase or change of mind will be the buyers responsibility and at your own cost to return. Prior to returning the order please contact support who will provide you with a return authorisation number (RAN). For your own protection returns should be sent tracked, proof of postage is not proof of delivery and DGUK Trading Limited cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in return transit.
